Michael BertramPARKERAged 71. Beloved husband of Polly and devoted father of Sarah and Richard. Adored grandfather of Henry, Bertie, Violet,Ruby, Rupert and Freddie. This amazing man will be forever in our hearts. He will be sadly missed.

Funeral service at St Chad's Church, Farndon on Friday 31st October, at 11.30 am followed by cremation at Blacon.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be sent by cheque to the Lewy Body Society
